Service Menu & Pricing

ALL services come with:

Minimum of three attempts
GPS logging through PST Mobile
Detailed notes about the house, vehicles, people, activity, and other relevant observations at the service address.

Affidavit turnaround is typically either 10 days from receipt of a file, or 3 business days from successful service/last attempt. Whichever is faster.

Rates:

Standard File — $90 ($65 for a new high volume client's first five files).
Next Day Rush — $115 (must be submitted by 8PM Monday-Friday).
Same Day Rush — $150 (must be submitted by 3PM Monday-Friday).
Bodycam Upload — $25 (includes all audio/video of interaction(s) at the address).
Neighbor Knocks — $25 (to knock and inquire at the three closest houses).
4th & 5th Attempts — $40 EACH (maximum five attempts per submitted file).
Specific Date/Time — $150 (additional 2 attempts to be done standard).
Additional Address — $80 (when new address is provided for the same case).
Notice Posting — $0 (complimentary service for any eviction cases, or on request).
Skip Tracing — $100 (when a new address is found, $50 for attempted tracing).
Bulk Services — $80 (discounted prices for loyal & consistent clients).
All prices are assuming service address is within Adams or Weld counties.
For service outside of these counties, there will be a $12.50 charge in 15 minute increments ($50/hr).
In certain cases, where the service address is greater than 30 miles from our office location, the $50/hr charge will apply.
All skip tracing services will contain a report of what information was found about a given subject, including phone numbers, addresses, vehicles, and other county/public records.
Additional services such as waiting at location, or general investigation can be discussed on a case by case basis.
